More and more people get their POD orders delivered, and overall it looks great. But most don’t get any kind of notification or shipping email beforehand.
The response from SFG is that they will try to get info about this and see if shipping notifications can be improved. They urge everyone to not make support tickets before 28 days have passed though, for the initial delivery time announced was that most orders will take between 21-28 days, and most who ordered early haven’t yet had to wait for all of that time.
Many who have recieved their order have been well within even the 21 days. It does seem to differ between large and small orders, even when we’re talking about large orders that dont cross the 200$ line (those get free shipping but estimates 40 days of delivery).
If your order has been unseen and unheard of, and it’s been over 28 days, check in with SFG or MyMiniFactory, otherwise hang in there and wait.

“For the purposes of comparison, I placed an order within an hour of the store product going live, I have those in hand, they arrived last Wednesday but if the local post service weren’t short staffed would probably have been a day or two sooner.
I placed a second order on the 9th Feb. That remains unfulfilled. First order was for a three model bench, the second was for two six man teams.“
