Which producer of tokens and widgets is the best?
While opinions naturally vary, and international shipping is costly nowadays, many agree that norwegian producer Frozen Forge is one of the very best there is. Crisp lasercut acrylics for exactly what you need on the battlefield.
Since many know the name and have bought from them before, many wonder if FF is still producing Guild Ball stuff. Unfortunately they currently aren’t, at least not at this time.
I reached out to Eisenhorn on discord, who runs Frozen Forge.
“The reason im not doing Guild Ball tokens is due to not having a license anymore, and i dont have any unlicensed versions of my old tokens. So would have to start from scratch with GB.
The reason im doing Warmachine is due to the fact that it was always unlicensed, and i still play the game myself. So for Warmachine its easy for me to continue building on what i have from before.
I might do GB tokens again if i start playing the game again, or if I get some time to start designing my own GB tokens. But i cannot say if this will happen.

So that is the clear answer for anyone who was wondering about the status of Guild Ball stuff from Frozen Forge. It’s still worth noting that they have great widgets and modular trays that work the same for Guild Ball as for Warmachine, so if you are in EU I absolutely recommend checking out the Frozen Forge webshop regardless of the lack of dedicated GB stuff.
One discord user in the SFG Warmachine channel said “His custom stuff is amazing! He does a bunch of stuff that’s not on his web store. Write to him and have a chat. Every time I buy something that isn’t from him, I regret it.“
While I personally don’t have any stuff from Frozen Forge, I can only agree that the products look great and Frozen Forge tokens are almost legendary at this point. So check it out!
