Many people have voiced their concern about delays on orders, and the fact that quite little information (some though, that was posted here on The Bench as well!) about what’s happening from SFG. For any POD guildball customer that is not on discord or facebook, chances are that they haven’t heard anything since placing their order.
This is about to be remedied! SFG released a statement tonight. Read their words below.
I think its great, maybe a tad late like before but overall I really appreciate the effort to make things right. Spread the word in all local communities, act on this opportunity to get info on your orders if you are still missing them!

Here’s a general update on Guild Ball miniature orders. We’ll also be emailing customers directly who’ve been waiting more than 15 working days.
We’ve been working closely with our printing partners to correct the miniatures that have been causing hiccups. The SKUs that were affected are:

Fishermans Guild: The Changing Tide
Fishermans Guild: Pirate’s Return
Fishermans Guild: Bench
Hunters Guild: Children of the Sun Father
Miners Guild: Dig for Victory
Navigators Guild: The New World
If your order includes one or more of the above SKUs (products) and hasn’t yet arrived, it’s likely your order was held up by the affected SKUs and is now in the process of being completed.
If your order doesn’t include one of the above SKUs and was placed more than 20 working days ago (15 working days for production + shipping time), please get in touch using this form to request a specific update:

As a reminder, if you’ve received an order with a faulty component, please take photographs and contact customer support so a replacement can be sent to you.
