Short post here, but figured it’s a good one to get up info about 🙂
There’s been questions about replacement orders, and communication about them.
Replacement orders do not show up on the customer’s order history on the SFG webshop, and no tracking number is provided by default. This is because technically that order is only between SFG and the printers at MMF directly, and then just the shipment delivers is to you.
This is similar to how other POD structures often work, for example on Etsy.

SFG encourages customers to contact Support for a status update or tracking number, and they’ll help you out. Asking in the SFG discord also often helps. In general though, tracking updates for replacements aren’t provided by default.
