With only three weeks to go until the Swedish Masters of Guild Ball, and we’re at this moment 13 registered players inlcuding international guests.

Champions League
We’ve recieved invitation to a Champions League of Guild Ball, hosted by the spanish community. Such a great initiative, that we obviously really want to support!
The top players from each Nationals hosted this year can win an invitation, will get to play an online tournament on the Wartable platform during the coming winter.
How awesome is that!
Passing an invitation down at the event it it won is accepted, since not all players play online.
The players who win invitations to this online Champions League of GB will represent their own respective countries in the tournament, regardless of where they’re from and which nation’s Masters they attended.
When the details are finished, there will be more news about this for sure, but just know for now that these invitations will be included in the prizes for Swedish Masters!
Event schedule for Swedish Masters 2025
I figured it might be good to set a preliminary schedule.
Friday
- 17:00 The UK players’ flight lands.
- The Umeå players and Finnish players also arrive during the evening.
- 19:00 Sometime around here we can open up the venue for casual play and hanging out if anyone wants to.
- 22:00 Latest closing of the venue so I get enough sleep to be a good TO on saturday.
Saturday
- 09:00 Opening and registration
- 10:00 Round 1 start
- 12:00 Lunch
- 13:00 Round 2 start
- 15:00 Round 3 start
- 17:00 Venue open for casual play and hanging out for all who wants to.
Sunday
- 10:00 Round 4 start
- 12:00 Lunch
- 13:00 Round 5 start
- 15:00 Prize ceremony
- 15:30 Finishing up, but free to use the venue all evening if anyone wants.
- 16:30 Around this time at the very latest I’ll drive the UK players to their flight.
Lunch options are plentiful since we’ll be in the middle of town. Bastard Burgers, kebab, sushi, and lots of other choices within quick walking distance.

Speaking of prizes for our event, more good stuff has been added to the pot. This includes a brand new pitch playmat from Deep Cut Studios! If you win it, you get to bring home one of the superb deepcut neoprene mats that the tournament will be played on.
I’m still working on getting hold of the SFG limited edition prize miniatures. I’ve heard that I’m not the only one who’s had trouble with that, and I’m not talking about redeeming the codes, we’ve been having trouble getting that item to go through checkout in the webshop to even get the codes at all.
But I’m still holding out hope that SFG will come through and help me solve it, so fingers crossed for that.
Aaand we do have a nice prizetable to offer regardless 😉
