Yesterday Jamie Perkins asked for POD feedback, gathering Guild Ball orders that are older than 3 weeks (15 business days) that still haven’t arrived to the customer. SFG wants statistics about the POD solution‘s current health status. Read his post below:
“Hey folks
If anyone, as of right now, has an undelivered order for Guild Ball miniatures that’s older than 3 weeks please DM me the following:
- Your order number
- Your order date
- A screen shot of your order details showing the above.
I may not respond to your message, but I will be using any data you send me to perform a status check on the order system. Primarily looking for original orders for the time being, not replacements.
